Our Morning Mombinetix is our group fitness class that fuses our Combinetix training philosophy with a boot camp structure. Mombinetix is designed for busy women looking for a quick but challenging workout and a single solution to developing a healthy, flexible, strong cardiovascularly fit and athletic body, no matter what your age. When you leave we want you feeling better than when you showed up. Our trainers take the time to explain and show you the correct movements and go through the entire workout with you to ensure you receive the best training possible.
